Since 2017, he and his colleagues have founded the Bargen law firm. He is currently the managing partner. He practices law in the field of human rights protection and provides legal assistance to businesses.

Since founding his own law firm, Andriy has gained additional experience in managing a team that has grown to 13 people and allows him to develop in the field of inclusion.
As a human rights defender, Andriy ensures that his clients’ rights are respected. He spends the lion’s share of his time consulting parents of children with disabilities. He protects clients in litigation, before law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
The projects Andriy has worked on have been recognized by the international legal rating The Legal 500.
