Inclusione Systems of Ukraine is a company founded by three colleagues Olga Bezpalko, Yarema Dul and Andriy Gevko, who joined forces to form a market for providing quality services in the field of inclusion.
These leaders are responsible for various areas of the company’s activity and form communities of specialists who help implement tasks of varying complexity.
EXPERTISE
Has 15 years of experience in managing social projects in the HR field, develops systemic programs.
Expert in inclusive solutions for an equal society, conducts coaching activities in the field of inclusion and employment of veterans.
EXPERTISE
Systems Architect with experience in construction project management. His professional activities include strategic planning, architectural auditing, and implementation of large-scale construction programs with a focus on inclusion. He leads projects that contribute to the creation of accessible environments through universal design.
Over 12 years of experience in the legal field.
Since 2017, he and his colleagues have founded the Bargen law firm. He is currently the managing partner. He practices law in the field of human rights protection and provides legal assistance to businesses.
Since founding his own law firm, Andriy has gained additional experience in managing a team that has grown to 13 people and allows him to develop in the field of inclusion.
