EXPERIENCE

Yarema’s active work begins with the position of State Secretary at the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.

Being in a managerial position, Yarema coordinated the “Great Restoration” program, which included the development of construction documentation, construction work management and the implementation of barrier-free solutions in these objects.

Practical experience helped Yarema to qualitatively organize the restoration of national architectural monuments, taking into account accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population.

However, the most important area of work was and remains high-quality communication with stakeholders. Therefore, the coordination of restoration projects with the public through hearings and open discussions, interaction with public organizations, specialized specialists and the office of the First Lady of Ukraine, provided exceptional experience and skills in supporting large-scale state-level projects.

In 2023, Yarema strengthened the largest company in the state, heading the *Barrier-Free Railway* program in JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

With the advent of a narrow-profile specialist, the railway began to transform. Audit processes of social sphere facilities, the condition of stations and passenger infrastructure were organized, draft solutions were developed, and change processes were organized.

In this company, Yarema organized the coordination of more than ____ projects. However, among the flagship ones, the following can be distinguished:

Strategy “Barrier-Free Railway 2024-2030″:

The main strategic document defining the company’s development towards inclusion until 2030 has been developed and adopted.

Restoration of Lviv Railway Station:

Preparation, procurement and support for the development of design documentation for the comprehensive reconstruction of the main Lviv railway station in terms of raising the platforms and installing elevators and escalators on them to overcome architectural barriers.

Interactive accessibility map:

Creation of a map highlighting routes and accessibility zones at the 12 largest railway stations in Ukraine.

“Great Restoration” Program:

Coordination of the restoration of over 150 architectural monuments, including their adaptation to modern accessibility requirements, taking into account the cultural and historical context.
